Japan Rail Pass delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

Delivery time for some international orders may be longer, depending on the exact delivery area.
Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and French public holidays.

Express delivery

We ship all the Japan Rail Passes from our office in Paris.
Orders completed before 4 pm are handled and sent on the same day.

All order deliveries depend on the shipping companies' policy and can be delayed due to events such as customs clearance, holidays, disruption to air or ground transportation, force majeure...
Please note that Fedex does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays.

Not sure you'll be at home ?

You won't be at home for the delivery of your Japan Rail Pass ?

Please either leave a signed and dated handwritten note on your door authorising FedEx to deliver the package to a third person if you are absent. The note will be scanned into the FedEx system by the deliveryman.

Or, sign and complete the FedEx delivery door tag left by the delivery man informing you of the previous delivery attempt, and leave it on your door so that the delivery man can leave your package in a secure location on the next delivery attempt.
