the pass came in quickly and was very easy to use, I would say a resource more foreigners would appreciate is more guidance on *** *** and how to look up where and when trains are going

Very easy to use. When I had questions, the JR counter person at Narita Airport was very helpful and friendly. I had no problems using the rail pass. Instructions received in the mail was very clear. Price was very affordable. I will definitely continue to utilize Japan Rail Pass for future visits.

I ordered a Sim card from your website. It came in a few days, just in time for my travel. It was a little tricky to set up, but it connected up to the network very quickly.\nOne feature which I would like to see is one were one can extend the time limit.
