How do I use the Nikko World Heritage Pass?

  • Delivery time

Your Nikko World Heritage 2-day Pass (e-ticket, no need for exchange) will be sent to you via email within 5 working days of booking. If you place your order more than one month prior to the activation date, you can expect to receive your electronic ticket approximately 28 days before the start date of use.

  • Please check your spam mailbox in case your voucher ends up there.
  • If you require the e-ticket before the standard 5 working days due to immediate use, feel free to contact us.

NOTE: This e-tickets is valid for one month from the date of issuance. Please check the expiration date on the e-ticket link.

  • How to use this pass

  1. To use this pass, tap the button in the link we send you to verify and validate your e-ticket.

  2. For train travel, present your e-ticket display at the station desk.

  3. For bus travel, show the e-ticket to the bus driver.

  • The e-ticket validity starts from the moment you press the activation button.
  •  If the e-ticket is used beyond its validity period, it will become invalid.
  • In the event of loss, the ticket cannot be reissued.
  •  Refund requests are only accepted for tickets within their one month validity period that have not been activated yet.

Where can I use this pass?

-This pass includes:

●Round trip tickets between Asakusa, Tokyo Skytree station <-> Shimo-Imaichi station on the Tobu line

●Unlimited Tobu railway rides between Shimo-Imaichi, Tobu Nikko and Shin-Fujiwara station.

●Unlimited Tobu bus rides within the world heritage area.

●Discounts at Nikko area tourist facilities.

※If you want to take a limited express train from Tokyo to Nikko area, you will have to make a reservation and pay extra. For details please check the FAQ.

You cannot go to Chuzenji lake and Kegon falls with this pass. We plan to offer the Nikko 4-Day All Area Pass in the future to cover these areas.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds requested before the e-ticket expiry date are subject to a 15% charge.
No returns or refunds are accepted after the expiry date.
