Every aspect of the process was organized, seamless. Our questions were answered on-line perfectly, then when we arrived in Japan we received our rail pass easily as well as our wi-fi package. Getting our train passes at the various train stations was well organized too! You do an excellent job. TY
Very good service, quick responces and solving issues\nBut it is not very comfortable to have paper booklet (it could lost, be wet etc.) and for booking seats we need to stay in queue. Its better to imrove everything in automatic way
The trains were a pleasure to use, always on time, clean and staffed by knowledgeable personnel. I liked not having to pay for each leg of our journey. \nIts a bit confusing understanding which trains we could use. The booklet gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant in Nara.
