Roomy seats, smooth rides, unbelievably clean train cars, easy for a person from Canada to tell where you are going so you can plan ahead and be ready for your stop.\n\nI honestly can't give any ideas for improvements everything went smoothly and perfect. Can't wait to visit again <3
Company is quick and efficient. But it would be nice if they allowed larger amounts on a single Suica & Pasmo card than $20. That way they could be given as gifts to friends in Japan.
Quick delivery and the SIM card worked as expected! The instructions were a little difficult to understand at a glance, however.
